Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to any Renu Broadband plan.

  1. All speeds mentioned are in megabytes per second and kilobytes per second.
  2. Contention Ratio of mentioned plans are 1:8 — download and upload speeds may depend on the usage of other users at the same time and can vary.
  3. Unlimited plans are for residential use only; redistribution or commercial usage will lead to instant account termination.
  4. Above mentioned plans are only available in select areas of Uttar Pradesh.
  5. All rights reserved by the company.
  6. Renu TV plan is available in select areas. The plans are intended only for personal use of included services.
  7. Security deposit applicable.
  8. The tariffs are exclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST), unless mentioned otherwise. One month denotes 30 days unless specified otherwise.
  9. The prepaid recharge, once processed, can neither be refunded for cash nor transferred to any other account.
  10. Renu Broadband encourages responsible use of unlimited data by each of its subscribers. Renu Broadband believes that even when a subscriber chooses to use the Unlimited plans extensively, they may not be able to consume the maximum data limit of 3500 GB per month or above as per the tariff plan subscribed (the "Maximum Data Limit"). Any usage over and above the Maximum Data Limit will be treated as abuse of Unlimited Data plans by the subscriber.
  11. Renu Broadband reserves its rights to withdraw the plan benefits in case the subscriber exceeds the Maximum Data Limit, without giving any prior notice. This withdrawal is done to ensure optimal use of Renu Broadband’s network, to avoid abuse of Unlimited Data benefits by any such subscriber, and in the interest of all its subscribers.
  12. Upon a subscriber reaching the Maximum Data Limit (as per the plan subscribed), the Fair Usage Policy shall apply and plan speeds will be throttled until the next billing cycle.
  13. Broadband speeds are guaranteed at 80% of the advertised "upto" speeds 24×7 as per TRAI guidelines. We ensure a customer’s speed never drops below 80% of their plan speed, and it should only be tested over a single LAN-connected computer. Testing over Wi-Fi is not considered or taken as a complaint, as speeds on the wireless medium are subject to environmental factors within the home, including but not limited to: brick walls, concrete flooring, steel-plate-reinforced flooring, thick structural walls, pillars with steel reinforcements, filled fish tanks, TVs, mirrors, microwaves, and CPU casings. Signal strength may vary or fail altogether due to the above factors, which are not within Renu Broadband’s control. Renu Broadband’s support ends at the cable terminating to the customer end.
